What this covers

This notice covers personal information collected through this website. It does not cover systems we build and operate for clients, which are governed by the agreement with that client.

What we collect

If you book a call, the Google Calendar appointment schedule collects the name, email address and any note you provide, so that we can hold the meeting. That information is processed by Google under their own terms.

If you phone, send a WhatsApp message or email us, we hold what you send us for as long as the conversation and any resulting work is live.

This site does not run advertising trackers and does not sell or share personal information with third parties for marketing.

Why we hold it

To reply to you, to prepare a scope or a quote, and to keep a record of work discussed or done. That is the whole list.

Your rights under POPIA

You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email us and we will act on it.

If you believe we have handled your information improperly, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa.
